David Kroutil

David Kroutil is CEO of Advantage Route Systems of California. For the last nearly 30 years, ARS has been a leading global supplier of solutions for Bottled Water companies in over 30 countries. David has been a programmer for over 50 years - even when it was not popular to be nerdy in the 60's! With a degree in business, David has an in-depth view of making IT work in many businesses. 

Joseph K. Doss

President & CEO, International Bottled Water Association

The bottled water industry - both the HOD and PET segments - is currently faced with many challenges and opportunities. Joe will discuss the key legislative, regulatory, and public relations issues that IBWA is working on at the federal, state, and local levels.

Joe Doss has served as the President and CEO of the International Bottled Water Association (IBWA) since 1999. He has extensive experience in association management and food and drug, government affairs, public relations, and legal issues. He has a proven track record of strategic thinking and planning, managing complex and controversial issues, and building consensus among small, medium, and large companies. 

​

Joe has a B.A. in government from The College of William and Mary and a J.D. from George Mason University School of Law. He has completed an executive management course at the Center for Creative Leadership. Joe is a member of the Bar in Virginia and the District of Columbia. He serves on the Board of Directors at the International Council of Bottled Water Associations and is a member of the Food and Drug Law Institute and the American Bar Association.

Rob Cook is a native of White House, Tennessee. He presently lives in Texas with his wife, Stephanie, and their 3 daughters: Sesilia (19), Araseli (13) and Carolina (7). Rob is a Master Trainer for CORE Recon, having assessed, counseled and trained thousands of individuals with CORE. Rob consults and coaches leaders, organizations, and business owners focusing on improving leadership outcomes, team building, and conflict resolution. In addition to his work with CORE, he serves as an Army Reservist Officer and has 14 years of Active Duty and Reservist time. Rob has received a BA degree (1996) and has received two Master's degrees (2001) and his MBA (2016).

Alex Hale lives in Midland, Texas with his wife, Heather and their two daughters Olivia (18) and Alexis (16). As a co-founder of CORE Recon, he enjoys helping people apply behavioral science in practical ways as parents, leaders, and volunteers. In addition to CORE Alex is an entrepreneur in businesses across several industries including oil and gas, pharmaceutical automation, and food services. He holds a BA and MS degree from Texas A&M University.

Malone Garrett is the CEO of Nantze Spring, Inc. in Dothan, Alabama. The company produces an array of different sizes of water and flavored water under its own brands, Nantze also is a co-packer for many national and regional companies. Malone earned his BA in business at Auburn University in Dothan and his MBA from Troy State University. Malone is the current President of SEBWA, on the Executive Board of Allied Purchasing and is a Past President is SEBWA. He has been involved in the Bottled Water Industry for nearly 30 years.

Craig has been the President of AquaOne for the last 9 years and was the CFO prior to taking that position. AquaOne has branches in Amarillo, Lubbock, Abilene, and Wichita Falls, Texas. Craig is a graduate from West Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's in accounting and Finance. Before entering the water industry, Craig was an accountant in Amarillo where he focused on Audit and Corporate taxes. He earned his CPA in 2003. Craig is the current Vice President of MABWA.

Philip lives in LaGrange, Georgia with his wife Wendy of 37 years and they have 3 adult children. Philip enjoys traveling, playing golf and spending time on their farm with their children and 5 grandchildren. Philip is the current Vice President of SEBWA.

Brian Rose

Brian Rose is the President of Texas Water House. Brian started in the bottled water industry thirty-seven years ago after seven successful years with a Fortune 500 company specializing in auditing, acquisitions and subsidiary management. Brian has served the bottled water industry as President of the MABWA for two terms and has been Secretary/Treasurer of the association for decades. He has also served as President of the Texas Water Quality Association and is currently the Treasurer for their association. Brian is an active board member for both MABWA and TWQA. Brian and his wife, Sharon, live in Flower Mound, Texas and have two daughters. Shelby is in her fifth year as a 6th grade math teacher in Plano, Texas. Kelly and her husband, Curt, both have advertising/marketing careers and live in Norman, OK.

Steve Taylor oversees the 150-year-old Mountain Valley Brand in independent distributors and parent company: Primo Branch Operations across America. Mountain Valley is a member of IBWA where Steve has served as a committee member. Steve is the current Mid-America Bottled Water (MABWA) President and has served on the board of directors for a number of years. He is also a member of the Southeastern Bottled Water Association (SEBWA).

Lynette has over 30+ years of experience related to manufacturing and distribution of water coolers, ozonation devices, and filtration. She has a passion for clean, safe, affordable drinking water and loves sharing her knowledge with customers and friends alike.  She currently resides in Boise, ID and is a Board Member for the NWBWA & MABWA and is a long standing participant of many drinking water associations throughout the US.
